Leslie Peters discovered a love of speech at an early age.  He found that he could make people laugh while conveying a powerful message of encouragement that created an impact and saved “lost” lives.  While speaking with “at risk” young adults, Leslie saw a need for guidance and the opportunity to give back to the community.  He saw children with cluttered visions and lack of encouragement.  He was deeply disturbed to find the same challenges that plagued youth were also prevalent in adults, like you and I.  Leslie was so troubled that Visions Group was birthed.

He is a 1994 graduate of Jackson State University and obtained his (MBA) Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  He has spoken to youth and adults in over 25 states and is constantly developing and sharing his unique insight and methods for reaching this "Y" generation.  Leslie knows today’s youth, he currently serves as the President and founder of Visions Group and the Chief Professional Officer of the Pine Bluff Citizens Boys & Girls Club.  To date he has spoken to more than 50,000 students, teachers and administrators.  His philosophy is simple, for he believes that before you can teach, you must first reach.  Leslie is no stranger to adversity and tough times, shortly after marrying the woman of his dreams, like many others he found himself downsized and out of work.  His compelling story is sure to draw tears as he shares with you how he “Gave Fear the Pink Slip” and turned his obstacles into opportunities.  Leslie walks his talk and is known for his energetic enthusiastic style, and fun-filled programs.  This powerful messenger is here to tell you that life is a choice, and you CAN CHOOSE TO WIN!
