The Beginning Visions Group is a personal development consulting company, focusing on human improvement and personal accountability in youth and young adults. Our customers range from the private business sector to Christian organizations; nevertheless the message of rekindling dreams and turning yesterday’s hopes into today’s realities remains the same. We are dedicated to giving you the tools and resources you need to break free from mediocrity and regrets. Visions Group was founded in 1999 by Leslie Peters. While speaking with "at Risk" young adults, Leslie saw a need for guidance and the opportunity to give back to his community. He saw children with cluttered visions and no direction to guide them through life's challenges. While traveling he began to see the same cluttered visions that had prompted him to work with youth in adults as well. They too were in search of guidance and motivation to help them in reaching their ambitions. He became deeply disturbed by this realization, so troubled that Visions Group was birthed.
